This 20 liter plastic jerry can, manufactured using an extrusion blow moulding process, is produced from high-quality HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), renowned for its exceptional strength, durability, and chemical resistance.

The jerrycan comes equipped with a 60 mm tamper-evident secure cap, featuring a PE foam seal liner that ensures a leak-proof seal and provides additional protection against moisture, dust, dirt, and other external contaminants that could compromise the contents. An optional vented cap is also available, allowing for pressure equalization, which is particularly beneficial for certain chemical and liquid applications.

We offer flexibility in weight specifications, with production options ranging from 1000 grams to 1200 grams (±5%), depending on your specific requirements.

This 20L plastic jerry can is produced from food-contact safe HDPE raw material; however, our production facility is not certified for food-grade manufacturing processes. Therefore, we recommend using the jerry can for non-potable water (utility water) or industrial liquids, but not for storing drinking water intended for direct human consumption.

Minimum Order Quantity: 1000 pieces for natural or white colors, and 2000 pieces for other custom colors.
